CJE performed the structural design and construction services on over ten Dymon Storage Buildings in the National Capital Region and Greater Toronto Area, totaling over 1,750,000ft2. Designed to support heavy storage loads and open footprints with limited vertical bracing opportunities, the combination concrete/structural steel buildings have utilized brace free “moment frame” construction in each bay to provide lateral support against seismic and wind loads.
