The project involved the complete recalling of an occupied residential building. CJE was engaged to provide structural engineering for the removal of the existing pre-finished metal panel system and replace it with a new EIFS system. The intent was to update an existing cladding system with a more modern and better envelope while maintaining the occupancy of the building during construction.
