The project involved the complete revitalization of an existing residential/commercial building, including the removal and replacement of the existing cladding system, new penthouse, removal of all A/M/E to the building structure, the repair/remediation of structural deficiencies, and structural modifications to accommodate new shafts and new cladding supports/detailing.
