The Azure is a concrete framed apartment building housing residential, commercial, and parking areas. Built on a confined downtown site, this 21-storey tower is constructed on top of a 4-storey underground parking structure. Totaling over 400,000ft2 of building area, this tower provides much needed residential space near Ottawa’s new O-Train line.
