Located at 192 Bronson Avenue, the development consists of the construction of a 19-storey apartment tower with a 2-level underground parking garage. The 200,000ft2 cast-in-place concrete building constructed in the downtown core of Ottawa also contained amenity, common, and commercial areas, and was constructed to the surround property lines.
