Lester B. Pearson Building, Major Renovation (Mid-life Retrofit and Fit-up) Study
Building Revitalization
The LBP study was prepared to determine the proposed retrofit options for the facility. Structural work included a building condition assessment, structural review of the pre-cast cladding system and anchors, detailed seismic assessment of the entire campus (including 3-D modeling), a seismic upgrading options study, and floor load assessments.
