Bank of Canada, Ottawa Support Centre Upgrade Project
Building Revitalization
The primary goal was to provide modernized, secure, redundant facilities to allow uninterrupted operations of the Bank’s data services and expedite business recovery in the event of a breakdown or disruption at the main facility downtown. Part of the upgrade involved the exterior site security elements (bollards, fences and walls). Dynamic modelling software was used to assess impact forces on security structures.
