Robert Nevin, P. Eng., is the Director of the New Construction Department and is responsible for the coordination of the field/construction services.  Mr. Nevin provides or assists in all field investigation services in advance of design development to confirm existing structural framing, identify potential construction issues, and identify potential areas requiring additional testing or investigation.
