Projects

The Special Care Nursery project at the Civic Campus involved the renovation of an approximately 12,000ft2 floor space on Level 4 of the fully operating original campus building. The renovations allowed for new patient care areas, nursing, and milk preparation spaces. All new mechanical/electrical infrastructure was required including a new large AHU on the roof which led to the construction of a secondary roof framing system and exterior mechanical shaft so as to not impact hospital operations during the renovation.
