The new 1-storey above grade/2-storey below grade open air parking structure was designed utilizing precast concrete double-tee slabs supported on precast concrete shear walls and columns. The CJE Team provided all prime consulting services and was also responsible for the design and detailing of all waterproofing and protection system detailing.
