Stonehaven Manor houses assisted living, residential units, assembly areas, and underground parking. Engineering challenges included the design and detailing of structural elements to accommodate future expansions, structural layouts to accommodate residential areas, open assembly areas, and below grade parking, and the use of multiple materials (steel/concrete/wood).
