A design-build project with PCL Constructors Canada Inc., the 17,000ft2, 2-storey structure is composed of conventional steel framing supported on load-bearing masonry. As the project was designed to LEED standards, structural systems were designed to accommodate LEED elements such as a green roof located over the entire building footprint.
