Structural design of a new 3-storey plus basement (parking garage) retirement and assisted living residence. The 120,000ft2 building was composed of cast-in-place concrete including a ground floor transfer slab to allow for parking drive aisles that could have been disrupted by the super structure’s column/wall layouts.
