Located in the east end of Ottawa, this 42,000ft2 high bay industrial building includes a 6,000ft2 office mezzanine adjacent to the interior manufacturing and logistics areas. Bounded by extensive loading docks, the pre-engineered Murox building structure (by Canam) is supported on conventional spread footings.
