The project involved the design and construction of a new 2-storey, ultra-modern/state-of-the-art office and training centre complete with high bay testing areas. The building which supports the Local 93 Union was developed to house training and education facilities for carpentry, interior systems, flooring, and scaffolding industries. The structure contains cranes and heavy-duty concrete floors to allow for the construction and demolition of full-scale framing models.
