A construction management project; the structural work included the removal of exterior walls on 2-sides of the building to allow for extensive glazing through replacing the existing load-bearing masonry with steel moment frames, floor load reviews and reinforcing, as well as, the construction of a new loading dock addition. The project also included all structural work associated with tenant fit-up after the completion of the base building renovations.
