The 6-storey plus basement, 200,000 ft² building is composed of reinforced concrete slabs and walls. The total building was constructed in 2 phases with Phase 1 being approximately 100,000ft2 and Phase 2 being comprised of a 90,000ft2 horizontal addition with a 10,000ft2 covered parking deck.
