CJE served as the structural engineering team for the design and construction of a new 6-storey office tower in Fredericton, New Brunswick. A design-build project developed for a PSPC occupancy, the structural system was composed of concrete slabs supported on concrete columns and shear walls. The project included all structural work associated with tenant fit-up after the completion of the base building.
