The CJE team worked closely with consultants, contractors, and owners to design this new 210,000ft2 residential development. The construction included two new 6-storey towers along with a 2-storey amenity building (linking the towers), as well as, a parking garage below grade with podium. The buildings were a combination of structural steel with hollow core precast planks and ICF bearing walls.
