This 10-storey office building with 3 levels of underground parking was designed for higher than traditional office loading to maximize the flexibility of the spaces in future and current tenant fit-ups. The primary structural system is cast-in-place concrete with lateral resisting system formed by concrete corewalls and shearwalls.
