  • 411 Roosevelt Ave, Facade Replacement

    Ottawa, Ontario

A four storey commercial office and retail building, located in the heart of Westboro, required a new façade in order to increase the buildings aesthetics and functionality. The existing building brick and windows were removed in its entirety and replaced. Cleland Jardine Engineering Ltd. was retained and played an integral role on the design team by designing a continuous and adjustable moment frame steel lintel, capable of supporting the gravity load of the new brick façade as well as the lateral loads of the new windows.
